What is Claritysoft CRM?

Claritysoft is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution designed for midsize and large enterprise businesses. It offers sales automation, customer service and support, marketing automation and social CRM within a single solution. Key features include account management, activity management, calendar management and pipeline management.
Claritysoft CRM features a contact management module that allows users to import and unify contact lists from different sources such as Excel documents, Outlook and QuickBooks. It allows users to view contact location in Google Maps, which helps them plan routes for sales representatives.
The email-marketing feature allows users to design email templates and pull contacts from contact lists based on filters and preferences.
Users are able to access their stored CRM data in Claritysoft’s offline mode, and then synchronize changes with the cloud when the application is online again. Pricing is per user per month subscription. Support is offered via phone, email or web ticket.
What do you like best about Claritysoft?

The ease of use combined with powerful functionality makes this my favorite CRM I’ve ever used. They also offer an excellent mobile version. Claritysoft also has a desktop version and a nice plugin for Outook which makes it really easy to send email through the CRM

ClaritySoft integrates with numerous apps and creates marketing campaigns. We use it for initial contact, piqued interest, negotiation, closing, ongoing support, and lead generation emails. Its robust functionality and user-friendly interface are our go-to CRM tool. It simplifies sending emails from within the CRM application. I like its communication with other programs and drag attachments into it anywhere. Claritysoft also offers a desktop version with an Outlook plugin. Everyone on our team much appreciates Claritysoft’s user-friendliness and quick technical support.

The support we received and continue to receive from the ClaritySoft team is fabulous. The software is fairly intuitive, but very practical. We use to use Sales Force. SF was a diary (it didn’t integrate with our e-mail system and had other flaws). CS is a tool which increases effectiveness and productivity

The support team is the best! They respond so quickly and stay with me until issues are resolved (most of the time it’s user issues). They take the time with me to help me understand and because of that I have a very solid understanding of how the software works.

What do you dislike about Claritysoft?

When I used it the email worked really well with Outlook but not as well with Gmail. They also didn’t offer many integrations at the time and there was no social media component.

Claritysoft is a great CRM solution for small businesses that are just getting started. We used it for B2B, B2G, and G2G transactions where we do not deal with clients. Reporting capabilities enable us to slice and dice data to identify key performance indicators. But the layout is disorganized, and retrieving data needs multiple steps.

Documentation is weak. It would be great if CS ran a user bulletin board where users can share ideas for improvements.

I don’t like how I am unable to search by different fields. I have to search from my opportunity number rather than a stock number that we use in the office. I do not like that I cannot add notes once it is converted to a sale.

Some minor features that are missing such as setting recurring meetings and printing out a daily schedule. Minor.

What problems is Claritysoft solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easily managing my contacts, track opportunities, create quotes, and being able to easily send out mass personalized emails very easily. The biggest problem I was solving was that it helped me to keep track of my to-do’s and follow up. This is great CRM software that’s really easy to use and ease of use is it’s strongest benefit.

ClaritySoft is incredible CRM software. It made out for contacts, identified opportunities, and generated quotes for our business. Using it, we could watch out for all our tasks and follow up. We used marketing lead generation and account management to create dashboards and custom reports. Its many features for syncing data between Gmail and Outlook included. ClaritySoft has a fantastic feature that saves emails, and we can send personalized emails in bulk. We could monitor all of our clients and contacts in one location.

SF did not fit a small business model. CS understands how businesses work and provides a tool which improves customer interaction and corporate visibility into all customer interactions.

I am able to keep my email and desk top clean by attaching my items and emails to specific accounts. Definitely not organized which helps my productivity. I am new to the company.

Keeping all of our customers and contacts in one place and easy to access. Being able to save emails to an account is a huge benefit and is so ideal when having to trouble shoot. I’m just starting to venture into creating email templates and love it!
