What do you like best about Overloop?

It’s awesome how you can easily yet complexly automate a combined LinkedIn and email outreach program. I can gather them on LinkedIn, have the campaign view their profile and ask them to connect. If they don’ connect in a couple of days it checks for and sends an email instead. Etc. It’s pretty great.

The platform offers everything you need to automate your outbound sales process at a fraction of the cost of a regular sales team. It’s simple to use, yet powerful, with lots of options to configure your workflow. Customer support is super quick and effective.

The campaign tool is very powerful once you’ve realised the extent of its abilities, the learning curve can be really small but you’ll miss a lot of the advanced re-marketing features.

As a CRM tool, Overloop performs admirably. It is simple to use, intuitive and helps us quickly find emails and keep our customer database updated. Its workflow is outstanding, as are its features and visual elements. This software makes it incredibly simple to create sales campaigns, which has aided us in maintaining better contact with our clients, updating our contact list, and promptly following up on sales.

I have never used anything like Overloop before and yet I found it extremely easy to navigate my way around it. I use it to send cold email campaigns and found it to be very user friendly, and most of all it has delivered better results than I ever anticipated.

What do you dislike about Overloop?

I can’t think of anything that I dislike

The pricing of this tool is not the most affordable, making it potentially the least appropriate for SMEs. Conversely, the search function is slow and occasionally fails us.

Sometimes i feel you can do too much with the platform, maybe a system of bringing the feature in more slowly (something like a game tutorial would be more helpful)

There really isn’t anything I would think of as a downside, considering the reasonable pricing and flexibility. Keep up the good work!

Some Linkedin features are missing but will most likely be put in soon. They seemingly are updating it frequently as it is a new part of the product as far as I understood.

What problems is Overloop solving and how is that benefiting you?

It enables a professional to quickly hyper network with any person who you need to target in a specific professional field. Not only that, but it allows you to then automate the entire thing and send targeted messaging campaigns that are triggered as you set them.

We are getting more calls from the first week of using Overloop, without having to keep track of unresponsive prospects.

The platform really helps us to focus on the potential clients, and bring more of them into the loop.

Moreover, we can finally have a clear overview of the number of prospects that actually open emails

The remarketing system is fantastic for me, it means we can setup and forget mostly while it keeps our customers engaged and intune with our services. Saves me hiring another member of staff to do the job it can

It is an excellent CRM application with a very user-friendly and straightforward user interface. We have found that using Overloop to create workflows has helped us avoid missing crucial information, and their support staff is quite effective. Finding contacts for prospects and leads is a really appealing feature, and the information has always been reliable. Our team finds that creating processes is easy and doesn’t require a lot of labor, and it has improved how we communicate with clients during conversations, emails, and sales campaigns.

The CRM side of the product is fantastic! The way it totals up your leads in each sector of the pipeline is very neat.
Cons
The emailing section of Overloop is the worst of its competitors. You cannot email more than one person at a time, and just the overall part of emailing is not good.
