I found the system to be extremely easy to use for someone that has not done a lot with CRM systems before – easy to enter contacts, easy to set up email, etc.

The interface offered by this system is very interactive, it is different from the others, but at the same time it is pleasant to use the characteristics such as surveys, advertising, campaigns or any tool necessary to provide a good service, the most important thing about CompanyHub CRM is to bring in new traffic to our company and it works in an incredible way, a complete and automated work system is very attractive, it is also much easier to keep track of those clients or new traffic that our very pleasant page is arriving at.
It is an incredible software that presents totally useful skills at large corporate scales, since each sales group maintains its different work processes, because this system was programmed to adapt to each environment where it is implemented to work, because their facilities are customization to large scales, allowing this development so useful and conventional, meeting the needs of all its registered users to its platform, this server offers to organize and prioritize first of all the potential customers of each business establishment, being of great proportion to the business that each of these organizations perform.
SO clean, bright and modern layout – very intuitive, it is a pleasure to use! Ability to save hundreds of template emails that we use in our surveying/construction business. Ability to set various status’s and LOVE the ability to monitor emails/notes/tasks all on the front page and with the ability to create additional TABLES of more data like for us SURVEYS and the PIPELINE is just Fab – We use it for a Sales pipeline and a WORKS pipeline and it helps us view all our prospects and works accepted on a funnel – we just love it. SO customisable -you can change EVERYTHING everywhere – it is just amazing!
What do you dislike about CompanyHub CRM?
I dislike NOTHING ! I would like for it to have the ability to generate SMS messages and also have an integrated word processor to create letters/guarantees/documents – also would love the ability to VIEW online all the attached documents. We have lots of images docs plans associated with a client and need to currently keep in DropBox to view as unable ti view without downloading. But it really is just an AMAZING bit of simple kit!
CompanyHub maintains qualities that are of utmost importance, so much so that they make it a complete software, according to its extensive variety of functionalities, but there are defects to its unstable and unsatisfactory appearances, for all users who are registered in these systematic installations, which is a problem since this detail generalizes the user interface, being somewhat heavy and confusing to analyze in order to achieve a new registration, including its frequent login.
It is not a software that you dislike because it is very interactive and attractive, I feel that there are no features that I can add because the service works perfectly and I do not have any inconvenience when using it, There are certain monitoring points which can improve a little but does not affect the system.
It seems that they have stopped developing further even great scope
Email tracking does not work all that well. In some cases, an email would show as having been opened multiple times and I would talk to the recipient and they’d say they never even saw the email. I’m not sure the pixel is accurate.

Simple and easy to use low cost CRM
The CompanyHub CRM system is fundamental for us, we are a company or a medium-sized company that wants to advance in traffic and sales and it is incredible that we have had great results from the service. In my opinion it is a good complete system which CompanyHub solves traffic problems and automated marketing, the tools and features it offers are very attractive.
We use CompanyHub, because it solves all our needs, in relation to the marketing that we develop frequently, because it adapted itself in an incredible way, guaranteeing effective results, fulfilling its main objectives, for the growth of an entire organization, as it has done until now, being a sophisticated server of administrative management, without excluding the excellent work that it carries out, to the relations with the client, or rather a prudent and qualified operator of CRM advanced in its functions, to guarantee unique services, due to the anticipation, thanks to the data extraction, for such cases that have arisen.
We now have a database with all our – prospects, enquiries, suppliers, companies all in ONE place. We are able to quickly FILTER and view in different ways. We have the ability to put it onto iPads for our surveyors. It is a Task management software too – so no longer creating emails to surveyors with lists of people to call or written notes!
Ability to follow up on leads that in the past we have just “lost” – so a better conversion in sales. No longer need the WHIEBOARDS which we used to use all the time ! All built into this system which is just BRILLIANT !
