What do you like best about Rolldog CRM?
The Opportunity Manager is what we found very helpful. It really highlights where you are strong and weak in a deal which lets you work on the weak points.
Rolldog is very strong once you are engaged with a prospect to stay on top of deals, evaluate close chance and track revenue by rep.
As well, for activity tracking the activities module and analysis tools are very helpful.
This is a simple, yet effective tool. It is easy to implement. I really loved the workflow which was so simplified and less complicated than what you would have to endure with other CRzm tools.
Rolldog CRM helps take the sales process to a higher level of automation. The lead scoring and stages you set up make managing the sales team a visual process rather than a linear boring line-item process. The visual reports available for managers allow for better one on one with your staff.
The objective view of the forecast and pipeline. Not relying only on the input of the sales rep.

What do you dislike about Rolldog CRM?
Prospecting in general was pretty weak until the release of the leads module. They still need to work on lead generation/prospecting tools.
Also still needs better data transformation tools accessible by users, which they are working on.
Initially, it used to be the Intergrations but these where all updated and the features work so much better now.
I like everything about this product, easy to use and scalable.
I have no cons of this solution as it does all that was expected.
At this time, nothing. The product performs and exceeds our expectations, including thanks to their customer service.
Nothing…excited each time a new integration comes out!
