What do you like best about Qontak by Mekari?

We can easier to manage the database also with detail information, customer journey, and more advanced features on ticketing and pipeline. Hence we can control and make a comprehensive report

The Omnichannel feature make me easy to reply the customer come from various social media that our company have and help to monitor the current number and can be used by many persons.

I’ve been using WABA from Qontak for about 2 months and it’s been very useful for me. Blasting messages have been so much easier for my team, it’s also efficient because with only one account WhatsApp you can access many devices and agents, like in our Faculty, since we have 5 administrators, so they can just log in with 1 account only.

My team use Whatsapp API. The features is very helpful to cater customer question especially the chatbot. It is also much easier to promote our products to users, moreover we can blast the message in one go to all contacts

What do you dislike about Qontak by Mekari?

Sometimes we experienced lagging, it occurs rarely but still can affect our work. Hope the team will solve this matter soon, so the system will running more perfectly

Need to refresh to in order get the new incoming messages. Hope the system can automatically or sycn the new message so we dont need to refresh frequently

I think the Qontak system would be awesome if they update some of the features. I’m pretty sure the system will run smoothly after improvement. Hopefully, we would not find the lag/bug on the system.

When we upload more than 5000 list in once, there is a little problem. That is failed notification on the screen, whereas the system is still processing the data. It will affect people who use Qontak for the first time

The uploading process take a little bit long time. So when you upload tons of data, the process take long time and you can not continuously refresh, because it gonna be error. The one that you can do is waiting with patience and do refresh periodically once in 10-15 minutes.

What problems is Qontak by Mekari solving and how is that benefiting you?

A recommended CRM services, It very suitable for sales area of CRM. It significantly help us to track the salesman and stock update. ThNewe software is easy to operate, so our salesman have no difficulty to use in daily
