With Sleekflow, we are able to put all our messaging platforms into 1 single platform and sleeklflow also enable our team to communicate accross multiple channels hence we are able to follow up with our customers more effectively. We have tons of messages coming in due from our social paid ads numbering to the hundreds and sleekflow is just the perfect platform to properly manage all those messages across our departments
helpful staff walked me through the setup, and also very clear instruction manual during the setup. Tons of automation template can be used. Shopify integration is good for our website.

What do you dislike about SleekFlow?
the pricing is quite expensive and not enough contacts for my business
Waiting for upcoming CRM integrations, for example SleekFlow & Tik Tok Ads
The automatic reply setting is quite complicated
The it support for setting automation is not enough
Not enough automation amount for lower plan. I wish we could have more whole package plan instead of add-ons under existing subscription price. The cost is a bit high for us while adding the add-ons onto existing plan.
There are alot of settings in particular the automation that requires a little tweaking from our part before we manage to get them to work. There is no function at the automation to automatically collect customer’s details from the chat and automatically compile it into a leads list.

Simplying the customer services procedure that we could answer to our customers at one platform. With automation, we could easily reply to customers in time. And the integration with Shopify is also good for us to follow up with our customers.
