What do you dislike about GleanView?
No negative experiences other than typical growing pains
The CRM is created for the masses. It doesn’t fit everyone’s needs across all business types, however the company is very flexible in creating the programming needed so that it does meet your needs if it will benefit their other customers.
The CRM is made for the majority. It doesn’t meet everybody’s requirements over all business types, anyway the organization is entirely adaptable in making the programming required with the goal that it meets your necessities on the off chance that it will profit their different clients.
In fact, there are few disadvantages that this tool may have, one of them is that it does not have the function of automatically saving constant searches so as not to have to register it again, and not go through that process every time you are going to login.
What’s not to like? We are saving a ton of money and getting a better product and service that we had with our previous CRM.
