GleanView’s predictive lead scoring uses the information in users’ CRM databases and augments that data with information pulled from the web and third-party sources. Leads are tracked based on successful conversions, and new leads are compared to existing profiles to predict potential conversions. As more leads are tracked, predictions become more accurate.
Analytics features include tools for sales, marketing, predictive scoring and anonymous visitor identification. Other marketing features include configurable automated email campaigns, surveys and customer re-engagement tools. Users can configure emails and customer landing pages with a drag-and-drop builder.
What do you like best about GleanView?

Its excellent ability to manage sales processes with the customer, since your order records are not kept manually, therefore, will not lead to a delay in the management of them. It is a tool that has a great variety of functionalities that show that the tool is complete.

GleanView permits everybody in our organization, from our Estimating Team, to Marketing, to our free Sales Team, and everybody in the middle of, to be in agreement all day, every day/365 with where a potential client is in our business pipeline. We can work potential clients through the business channel by sectioning them into dribble promoting efforts dependent on their interests. We are simply beginning to expose what’s underneath of what GleanView can enable us to accomplish and we are energized for what’s in store!

What do you dislike about GleanView?

No negative experiences other than typical growing pains

The CRM is created for the masses. It doesn’t fit everyone’s needs across all business types, however the company is very flexible in creating the programming needed so that it does meet your needs if it will benefit their other customers.

The CRM is made for the majority. It doesn’t meet everybody’s requirements over all business types, anyway the organization is entirely adaptable in making the programming required with the goal that it meets your necessities on the off chance that it will profit their different clients.

In fact, there are few disadvantages that this tool may have, one of them is that it does not have the function of automatically saving constant searches so as not to have to register it again, and not go through that process every time you are going to login.

What’s not to like? We are saving a ton of money and getting a better product and service that we had with our previous CRM.

What problems is GleanView solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to have a customer data platform that would function as the core of our lead to cash process. GleanView integrated with our other systems well and we were able to automate many of our manual processes. We have already saved over $20K per year just in CRM cost and our entire sales, marketing, and service team is using GleanView.
