What do you like best about SuiteCRM?
I can simply generate essential reports, gain a better understanding of campaigns, and set up tasks and follow up for leads; it is quite simple to use, even if I found it difficult to adjust to the change of software I presented at first. In terms of price performance, it significantly outperforms my expectations
Dashboards are much more customizable, easy to access, and integrate with other tools. User and role management feature helps to contribute to others. strong System securities.
The website application itself has a lot of functionality, and modification options seem to be endless. It has some semblance of JIRA to it, meaning tons of customizations, a lot of information storage and management functions.
Its clean, clear, and concise. I appreciate the areas that allow for project tracking and reporting in a low cost option for CRM.

What do you dislike about SuiteCRM?
There is nothing that i could dislike about SuiteCRM.
From a configurability perspective, there is a software development nuance you’ll really need to have to get it off the ground. Wouldn’t be for the faint of heart.
The software itself is messy in that it has so many different tags and functions for each option you’re adding to it. It’s working slowly, and the viewing of an added account is in no way user-friendly. If you add a record of any type, say your client to it and add some details to it; once you open it, the information is not displayed in a user-friendly manner. You might have to scroll or click through multiple tabs or pages to view various parameters of the record.
There’s nothing to dislike but, its a bit time consuming probably I have to explore more.
I used to use Salesforce CRM and got used to this software, so when I tried Suite CRM I had a hard time adapting for several days, but then I was able to solve with some tutorials and help from technical support, now I am quite satisfied with this CRM
What problems is SuiteCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only the one indicated at the beginning that due to a change of software, the process was a little delayed, but otherwise I was very satisfied because I was able to solve my main problem, which was the control of the relationship between operations and sales from the same software
Finance, account management, and marketing strategies. Explore and run campaign plan etc.
We are storing a lot of data in SuiteCRM, and we are using it to retrieve information on a daily basis, but as I mentioned before, we are not very satisfied with it. It’s not fast, it’s not user-friendly.
We are using more as a project/ asset tracking post stales support perspective. Its helping us build out KPIs and report more efficiently.
