This CRM exclusively offers services limited to high-end stores & jewellery shops, I think the team should expand it to the rest of the market too. Few bugs could be fixed & the rest is good.
This product ia basically targeted for the jewellers and retail or smallsize shops and markets, they need to add another areas too. Due to not having free access or limited period for free trials customer could not understand, see and use thia product properly.
