What do you like best about SalesNexus?
I like to use this system for its versatility and friendly interface, which allows orderly management and automate some marketing functions that usually take up a lot of time, with Sales Nexus CRM allowed us to improve sales management and optimize campaigns of marketing.
I also like the attention provided by the technical support team, which is a very professional, attentive and patient team that has managed to resolve all the errors that have arisen from the problem and the mistakes made by my work team.
It’s great tool in this marketing operations space. The features like automated email on the schedule created by an user, as well as the reminder notifications to the users about the actions pending make it more interactive. Dashboards are very easy to create and it actually give visibility to everyone in the hierarchy. Apart from this, I think the sync with calendar also work well.
We were using SaleNexus, and I should appreciate how it really help the entire sales and marketing department. It helps us in generating more business by identifying right opportunities, tracking leads, narrowing down our target market based on our marketing programs helps us a lot in closing business in a timely manner. Integration with our communication platform Ringcentral was easy. Contact management and lead scoring help the sales representative a lot.
It has a fully automated customer relationship manager and marketing features. It can also email prospect salespeople to call leads. Its good for email campaigns.
What do you dislike about SalesNexus?
An upgrade should be done the campaigns to enable opening of all clicks.
Improvement could be on the user interface making it more ease for the users and also can improve on building an inbuilt library for dashboard templates.
Not specific dislike to any function, but yes we need to connect more often with the support team for any changes that we desire to make. A great documentation can eliminate this.
At the moment I have no problems with the system, however, I think you can improve the interface a bit and add several functions. This was recommended to the technical support team and they were left to study the proposal and give me an answer as soon as possible.
What problems is SalesNexus solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to this system we have been able to make decisions in a timely manner that have benefited my company in productivity and in turn in profitability.
Like ise, it has allowed us to know the acceptability of our products and services with our clients, thus achieving the conquest of potential customers.
There are many programs that promise a lot but Sales Nexus CRM has been the one that has fulfilled all its functions to the letter.
We often go into the market looking for the best tool which can help us increase productivity for our lead gen team. SalesNexus has helped us a lot in achieving the result. We implemented initially to improve our marketing campaigns but eventually we ended up using as the primary CRM for all the users
It’s robust, helps in making prompt decisions. We face challenges with our previous vendor in getting right suppport, but with SalesNexus they have the best support team and a very quick turnaround for any issues. Capability wise, it has help manage our lead management & campaign management very effectively and improve the overall results.
